As we make our way across the farm aboard the Bobcat UTV, it’s not uncommon to spot white-tailed deer quietly grazing in the fields, wild turkeys crossing a woodland trail, or squirrels busily gathering food among the towering trees. Around our Spring-Fed Pond, ducks glide across the water while frogs provide a peaceful chorus during the warmer months.
Keep an eye on the skies as well. Red-tailed hawks often soar high above the valley, Eastern Bluebirds and American Goldfinches add brilliant color to the landscape, and every so often we’re fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of a majestic Bald Eagle flying overhead.
